It would be useful if you had the product codes available to quote. Should you wish to send in a written copy of the order, please ensure that you highlight clearly that it is a confirmation order to avoid a duplicate order being raised.
Account holders will be invoiced on 30 days payment terms. For non account holders, please note that payment will be required upfront, either by Access, Visa, Mastercard or Switch. Payment by PayPal is available in the online shop however you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility.  Cheque payment is also acceptable however please note that we shall clear the cheque before despatching the goods.

Orders In Person
We have a shop where you are welcome to come and purchase any items you may require. It may be advisable to phone through your order prior to visiting to ensure stock availability and to enable us to have your goods ready for your collection.

Our Prices
All prices were correct to the best of our knowledge on the 1st September 2007. Our intention is to keep the pricing on our website up to date although manufacturers prices can change without notice and our invoicing price may reflect this.   If you wish to confirm a price, please contact our sales department.
VAT at the current rate applicable is extra on all prices, including postage/courier charges.

Trade Sales
We offer trade terms on most products within the catalogue. If you are a theatrical dealer please speak with our sales department for pricing.


Despatch
We aim to despatch all orders on the date of order, depending on time the order is received and stock availability. We shall send all the items we have available and backorder any outstanding. If you require an urgent, overnight delivery, please be sure to advise the sales department of this at the time you place the order.
Our orders are despatched via a courier, or via first class post recorded delivery and will require the delivery to be signed for. With this in mind please ensure that the delivery address given will have someone there to sign for the goods. We cannot guarantee deliveries to premises that may be unattended during normal working hours.

Please note that pyrotechnics cannot be sent in the post and have to be despatched via courier in special boxes.
