AJS has secured places on Lots 10 and 13 of the new Procure Plus Framework for Building Safety and Compliance Works, and Associated Consultancy Services (2025/S 000-061392).
The new framework, valued at £695m in total, replaces the Fire Risk & Mitigation framework from Procure Plus, offering updated and expanded fire safety services.
Where AJS is concerned, we will be delivering Fire Precaution and Compartmentation Works (South) under Lot 10, while Lot 13 will see us provide Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Electrical Upgrade Works.
