Since the start of the year, AJS has been delivering a Decent Homes programme of works for Squared, covering over 400 properties within the Luton and Central Bedfordshire area.
In addition to comprehensive bathroom and cloakroom upgrades, the team is giving residents’ kitchens a complete makeover, with entirely new units, worktops and sinks from Howdens.
As part of the service, AJS is working closely with residents to ensure their ovens and white goods are incorporated into the new design, along with their choice of flooring and wall colour, which will also be given a refresh. What’s more, a new LED strip light is being installed, providing a more efficient, eco-friendly solution to the existing lighting
While these renovations are taking place, AJS are also reviewing properties for asbestos and EICR needs, ensuring all homes are made safer as well as better looking.
