North London-based housing association, The Industrial Dwellings Society (IDS) has appointed AJS to deliver the annual servicing, routine maintenance and responsive repairs of door entry systems across their residential estates.
The contract, which is currently at mobilisation stage, will see AJS operate across IDS’ housing stock, requiring keen strategic planning as well as strong technical competence to meet the defined response times. Many of the buildings are multi-occupancy so AJS’ experience with this property type will also be key to the success of this contract.
